An Introduction To Community Groups

  • When do Community Groups start?

Community Groups run in two semesters each year—Spring and Fall.

The Spring semester typically begins in February, and the Fall semester kicks off in August. Exact dates may vary each year, so be sure to check our website or contact us for the latest schedule and sign-up information!

  • What if I’m unable to join a groups gathering?

We understand that life can get busy, and it’s okay if you can’t make it to every Community Group gathering. While regular attendance helps you get the most out of the experience, we know things come up. Just communicate with your group leader if you’ll be absent—they’ll be glad to keep you connected and support you however they can. Community is about grace, not pressure!

  • Who can join a Community Group?

Everyone is welcome to join a Community Group! Whether you're new to faith, have been following Jesus for years, or are just curious—there’s a place for you. Community Groups are open to all ages and backgrounds. We believe life is better in community, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

  • How do I get connected with the right group for me?

Visit our Community Group, groups page to browse available groups by topic, location, age group, or schedule. If you’re not sure where to start, we are happy to help you find a group that fits your season of life and spiritual journey. We’re here to make sure you find a place to belong and grow!

  • Will there be childcare available?

Childcare availability depends on the Community Group you choose. Some groups offer on-site childcare, while others may rotate childcare responsibilities or meet in family-friendly environments. When exploring groups look for details about childcare, or feel free to ask a leader directly. We want to help make it as easy as possible for your whole family to get connected!
